I love to explore the simplicities of life in an abstract way. My goal is to allow the viewer to see the spectacle that everyday life can be. I work in Acrylic Paint, Watercolor, Oil, Collage, and Mixed Media. I have done several series on concepts such as dreams and human nature, and have future plans to continue work using a hybrid of film and digital photography.

I love to show details in the simplest ways for my portraits. Subtleties can make a huge impact on feeling and expression.
Mixed Media/Drawing
A lot of my mixed media work focuses on how I can combine unusual media in a interesting way. For example, I work with found images, paint, markers, household supplies such as old fabric, foil, wire. I also enjoy mixing photographic processes with traditional media, for example painting on a Cyanotype.
